RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 189-24 (CERTIFICATE OF NEED FOR COUNTYWIDE EMS) BY CORRECTING A POSITION TITLE
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 189-24 authorizing a CON for a Countywide EMS System, and
WHEREAS, the title of the Deputy Commissioner of Public Safety needs to be corrected, and
WHEREAS, the correct title is Deputy Commissioner of Public Safety-911 and EMS.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 189-24 is hereby amended to reflect the correct title of Deputy Commissioner of Public Safety-911 and EMS instead of Deputy Commissioner of Public Safety.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the rest of Resolution 189-24 shall remain the same.
