RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO ADOPT THE UPDATED SULLIVAN COUNTY ARSON CONTROL PLAN
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Arson Control Plan is in place to comply with New York State General Municipal Law 204-c which requires each County to develop a plan for arson investigation; and
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Bureau of Fire has reviewed and revised the Sullivan County Arson Control Plan; and
WHEREAS, the attached revised plan has been reviewed and accepted by the Sullivan County Fire Advisory Board and the New York State Office of Fire Prevention & Control; and
WHEREAS, the plan must be formally adopted by the Legislature.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby formally adopts the Sullivan County Arson Control Plan as amended.
