RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO AUTHORIZE A MODIFICATION OF RESOLUTION NUMBER 262-23 ADOPTED ON JUNE 15, 2023.
WHEREAS, Resolution #262-23 was approved by the Sullivan County Legislature on June 15, 2023, for the County of Sullivan to allocate County funds to eligible community entities for youth programing; and
WHEREAS, there are grantees that did not utilize their full allocation, and
WHEREAS, the Youth Bureau wishes to reallocate those unspent funds, and
WHEREAS, the reallocation will decrease the following:
Town of Rockland by $ 1,262.97
Center for Discovery - The Discovery Innovation Green Team
(DIG IT) by $ 1,242.90
St. Peter’s Church - A Place Where Everyone Belongs by $ 21.63
Sullivan County Head Start - I Am Moving, I Am Learning by $ 779.24
TOTAL $ 3,306.74
WHEREAS, the $3,306.74 will be reallocated to the Boys and Girls Club - Project Triple Club Monticello increasing their funding from $10,000.00 to $13,306.74
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Sullivan County Legislature authorizes the modification of said contract to reflect reallocation of funds to the Boys and Girls Club - Project Triple Club Monticello; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the form of said agreement will be approved by the Sullivan County Attorney’s Office.
