WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Legislature adopted an Education/Certification Reimbursement Policy on December 15, 2022 via Resolution No. 547-22; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to add a clause under the “Eligibility” section that “the County Manager and or their designee has the right to waive the eight (8) week or three (3) week submission deadline for valid reasons on a case by case basis”.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby amends Resolution No. 547-22 to include the clause under the “Eligibility” section that “the County Manager and or their designee has the right to waive the eight (8) week or three (3) week submission deadline for valid business reasons on a case by case basis”.
