WHEREAS, a proposal was received for Leadership Development Training for County Commissioners, Department Heads and Supervisors, and
WHEREAS, Authentic Communication Matters, 1769 Elk Creek Rd, Delhi, New York 13753, will provide said services from September 1, 2023 through September 1, 2024, with an option to extend on a yearly basis for three (3) additional years, under the same terms and conditions; and
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Manager’s Office and the Division of Human Resources has approved said proposal and recommends that an agreement be executed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the County Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute an agreement with Authentic Communication Matters, at a total cost not to exceed $240,000, for Leadership Development Training, in accordance with RFP #R-23-08, said contract to be in such form as the County Attorney shall approve.
