WHEREAS, on March 16, 2023, the Sullivan County Legislature adopted Resolution No. 133-23 to authorize funding of $8,000 to Mountaindale EMS, through the Legislative Discretionary funding to purchase a LUCAS Chest Compression Device; and
WHEREAS, due to the increased expense with their original request, the Mountiandale EMS has requested that the resolution be amended to allow them to purchase the necessary equipment and supplies needed, such as radios for new members, AED Pads, and storage cabinets; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby amends Resolution No. 133-23 to authorize the purchase of radios, AED Pads, and storage cabinets, with the authorized funding. ere
