RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY ROBERT A. DOHERTY, CHAIRMAN OF THE LEGISLATURE TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH PAROLE PREP FILM, LLC
WHEREAS, Parole Prep Film, LLC is a production company with offices in New York City and seeks to utilize certain County property, to wit, the interior of the former Sullivan County Jail located at 2 Bushnell Avenue, Monticello, New York for the filming of scenes in a documentary for HBO pertaining to new York’s parole system; and
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Legislature desires to authorize Parole Prep Film, LLC to use the aforesaid County site for such filming.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Sullivan County Legislature authorizes the Chairman and or County Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with Parole Prep Film, LLC in a form approved by the County Attorney.
