WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Legislature authorized separate funding amounts for Cornell Cooperative Extension via Resolution No. 44-23; and
WHEREAS, there is a desire among the Legislature to increase the funding for Cornell Cooperative Extension by an additional $25,000
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby amends Resolution No. 44-23 in the “NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,” “CORNELL COOPERATIVE EXTENSION-maximum amount $619,300” to “CORNELL COOPERATIVE EXTENSION- maximum amount $644,300” and authorizes the County Manager to execute any necessary contract(s) with Cornell Cooperative Extension to reflect the above change; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the form of such contract to be approved by the County Attorney.
