WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy in a Financial Analyst position in the Management & Budget Department and there is a desire to hire a highly experienced individual that qualifies for a Senior Budget Analyst position; and
WHEREAS, the County Manager and Budget Director are recommending the abolishment of Positon No. 3607, Financial Analyst positon and create a Senior Budget Analyst position to fill a financial need in the County; and
WHEREAS, a Financial Analyst Position No. 3607 should be abolished and the title of Senior Budget Analyst in the Management & Budget Department shall be created.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby abolishes a Financial Analyst Position No. 3607 and creates a Senior Budget Analyst in the Management & Budget Department effective immediately, with a salary set in accordance with the Management Salary Schedule; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the position of Senior Budget Analyst can be filled immediately.
