To Modify Resolution No. 491-22 to Correct the Contract Amount.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 491-22 authorized the County Manager to enter into a contract with e-Psychiatry, LLC; and
WHEREAS, the contract amount not to exceed $330,800 is incorrect on the resolution; and
WHEREAS, the correct amount should read not to exceed $333,300; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Resolution No. 491-22 is hereby modified to the correct not to exceed amount to be $333,300. All other provision of Resolution No. 491-22 shall remain unchanged.
