The doctor has taken on more responsibility with taking over the Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) patients and taking on a bigger caseload.
WHEREAS, the County of Sullivan entered into an original agreement with Mid-Hudson Psychiatric Consultants dated April 1, 2022, in accordance with Resolution No. 171-21, adopted by the Sullivan County Legislature on April 15, 2021, as per RFP #R-21-06; and
WHEREAS, Mid-Hudson Psychiatric Consultants has surpassed the caseloads due to taking on additional responsibilities, i.e.: larger caseloads and Assisted Outpatient Treatment patients and court hearings; and
WHEREAS, the hourly rate of services shall be increased from $205.00 to $225.00, per hour; and
WHEREAS, this modification agreement shall take effect on April 1, 2023; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the County Manager be and herby is authorized to modify the agreement with Mid-Hudson Psychiatric Consultants at $225.00, per hour, to take effect on April 1, 2023 in accordance with RFP #R-21-06, said contract to be in such form as the County Attorney shall approve.
