WHEREAS, the County of Sullivan has utilized System Development Group, Inc.’s (SDG) Image Mate Online, Sales History and Pictometry LiveLink Systems since 2006 for the provision of the digital imaging management of the Sullivan County Real Property Tax Services (RPT) property ownership card files and online public data access to same; and
WHEREAS, the County and RPT are satisfied with the solution and wish to continue to utilize SDG supplied solutions outlined above, requiring a new software support plan.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the County Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a software support plan agreement with SDG, Inc. 441 Trenton Avenue, Utica, NY 13502, for Image Mate Online and Sales History support and the additional Image Mate Online site and the Pictometry LiveLink integration, covering February 1, 2023 through January 31, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $11,840.00; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if custom software changes are requested and necessary by the County, those custom changes will be billed by SDG at their reduced hourly rate of $100.00/hour during the term of this support agreement in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said agreement to be in such form as the County Attorney shall approve.
