WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Legislature adopted an Education/Certification Reimbursement Policy on December 15, 2022 via Resolution No. 547-22; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to add a clause to the policy that states that the policy is “in accordance with IRC Section 127.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby amends Resolution No. 547-22 to include the clause “this policy is in accordance with IRC Section 127 to the attached Education/Certification Reimbursement Policy.
