RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE
TO AUTHORIZE A MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRACT WITH ROLLING V TO INCLUDE TWO NEW BUS ROUTES FOR ST. JOHN STREET SCHOOL AND G & D SCHOOLHOUSE

Are funds already budgeted? No
Specify Compliance with Procurement Procedures: Once the resolution is passed, budget modifications will be made.
WHEREAS, Resolution #34-22 and #197-22 authorized award and execution of an agreement with Rolling V Bus Corporation, PO Box 110, Route 4, South Fallsburg, NY 12779, and,
WHEREAS, there is a need to modify the Agreement by adding two additional bus routes for Early Intervention Transportation Services; and
WHEREAS, the two (2) new bus routes are St. John School, St John Street, Monticello, NY 12701 and G&D Schoolhouse, Schoolhouse Road, Livingston Manor, NY 12758, at $571.00 per vehicle day for the remaining contract period 10/1/2022 through 12/31/2027 - reference attachment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute a modification agreement with Rolling V Bus Corporation for said routes, at $571.00/per vehicle per day for the contract period 10/1/2022 through 12/31/2027, and said agreement shall be in such form as the County Attorney shall approve
