WHEREAS, there is a need to create a Financial Analyst position in the Department of Management & Budget to assist various departments countywide where there are vacancies in fiscal staff; and
WHEREAS, the creation of this position will be able to assist with higher level financial duties at the Care Center at Sunset Lake, Public Health Services, and other areas as directed by the Budget Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby authorizes the creation of a Financial Analyst position in the Management and Budget Department with a salary set pursuant to the Management Salary Schedule.
