RESOLUTION NO. INTRODUCED BY GEORGE E. CONKLIN III, CHAIRMAN OF THE MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET COMMITTEE TO AUTHORIZE LEVY OF DEMOLITION CHARGES ON THE 2023 TAX ROLL OF THE TOWN OF FALLSBURG
WHEREAS, the Town of Fallsburg has demolished certain buildings pursuant to Chapter 33 of the Town of Fallsburg Municipal Code and requests that such expenses incurred in the demolition thereof be charged against the properties responsible therefore,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the County Legislature be and hereby is directed to take such action as may be necessary to have such amounts as set forth in the certified list for the sum total of $241,374.27 be placed and levied on the 2023 tax roll of the Town of Fallsburg, the same when collected to be paid to the Supervisor of said Town to be paid by him to those entitled thereto.
