RESOLUTION NO. INTRODUCED BY GEORGE E. CONKLIN, III, CHAIRMAN OF THE MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET COMMITTEE TO REASSESS SEWER RENTS FOR THE TOWN OF TUSTEN
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Tusten has certified to the Sullivan County Legislature a list of unpaid sewer rents for the Narrowsburg Sewer District and has requested the levy thereof on the 2023 tax roll of the Town of Tusten.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of the Town Law, the unpaid sewer rents for the Narrowsburg Sewer District amounting to $22,307.05 be and the same are hereby levied and assessed against the properties set forth in the aforementioned certified list, on the 2023 tax roll of the Town of Tusten, the same when collected to be paid to the Supervisor of said Town, to be paid by her to those entitled thereto.
