WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 464-21, e-Psychiatry, LLC., with offices at 900 RR 620 South #C 101-242, Lakeway, Texas 78734 (“e-Psychiatry”), was awarded the bid for tele-medicine services for psychiatric case and medication assisted treatment for Community Services, in accordance with RFP #R-18-20; and
WHEREAS, in order to continue providing adequate psychiatric care and medication assisted treatment to patients at Community Services, there is a need to increase the not-to-exceed dollar amount; and
WHEREAS, due to the increased need for psychiatric services, additional services were/are required and the total amount of the contract must be increased from, “…not to exceed $250,800” to “…not to exceed $330,800”, for the period through December 31, 2022; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a modification agreement with e-Psychiatry, LLC., in an amount not to exceed $330,800, for the period through December 31, 2022, and including all yearly extensions; and the form of said agreement shall be approved by the County Attorney’s office.
