WHEREAS, at its regular meeting on September 26, 2022, the Sullivan County Fire Advisory Board revised and approved its Rules and Regulations, and
WHEREAS, the one (1) revision made to the Rules and Regulations is the time change for its every other month meetings starting in January of each year, and
WHEREAS, the time for these bi-monthly meetings will be held at 7:00PM starting the month of January 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby approves the time change revision in the Sullivan County Fire Advisory Board Rules and Regulations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of the Sullivan County Fire Advisory Board Rules and Regulations including the time change revision, be filed with the Clerk of the Sullivan County Legislature and also be attached to this resolution.
