To Amend Resolution Number 318-22
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 318-22 authorized to enter into an agreement with Astor Services for Children and Families which provided qualified services with the option to lease County owed space in Liberty, N.Y. in accordance with RFP #R21-20 for Behavioral Health Services; and
WHEREAS, erroneously the NYS Office of Addiction Services and Support (OASAS) was placed in the resolution, but it should have stated NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH); and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Sullivan County Legislature hereby amends Resolution No. 318-22 to replace “NYS Office of Addiction Services and Support (OASAS)” with “NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH)”.
