INTRODUCED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 114-22
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Legislature authorized funding via Resolution No. 114-22, in the amount of $17,500 to the Chamber of Commerce through the Legislative Discretionary Funding; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 114-22 inaccurately reflects the scope of services to be funded and needs to be amended to include the Bagel Festival as part of their services to be performed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Sullivan County Legislature hereby amends Legislative Resolution No. 114-22 to state:
Chamber of Commerce, $17,500, Technical support (training, educational materials) for the creation of program and projects ($12,500), and Bagel Festival Marketing ($5,000).
