RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE TO AUTHORIZE A MODIFICATION OF A CONTRACT WITH AN AUTHORIZED TRANSPORTATION PROVIDER: ROLLING V BUS CORPORATION
WHEREAS, Sullivan County provides mandated Early Intervention and Developmental Preschool Educational Services to eligible children from Sullivan County and is mandated to provide transportation to State Approved 4410 Center-Based Programs, and
WHEREAS, a bid was issued for Early Intervention Transportation - Fall and Summer Program (#B-21-69), and a bid was received for these services; and,
WHEREAS, upon review, Rolling V Bus Corporation, P.O. Box 110, Route 42, South Fallsburg, New York 12779, is the most responsible bidder for such work, and will provide said services from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2027, with an option to extend for an additional five (5) year period; and,
WHEREAS, Rolling V has agreed to "phase in" the cost for the remainder of the 2021/2022 School Year; and
WHEREAS, Sullivan County Public Health Services-Preschool Special Education Program had approved said bid with a modification of said bid for the period of January 1st, 2022 through June 30, 2022; Resolution # 34-22, and
