RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE TO AMEND RESOLUTION No. 17-22
WHEREAS, Sullivan County Public Health Services has been awarded a NYS legislative appropriation through the New York State Rural Health Association to support Rural Health Network Development Programs as per Resolution No. 17-22, adopted by the Sullivan County Legislature on January 27, 2022; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No 17-22 stated the amount of the legislative award to be $18,000, this resolution is to amend the amount to $18,426 to reflect the actual amount awarded; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby amends the legislative award amount in Resolution No 17-22 as reflected above.
