WHEREAS, Sullivan County E911 utilizes a Motorola 911 call handling system for E911 telephone call management and processing in the County’s 911 Center, and
WHEREAS, a maintenance agreement is necessary for the ongoing maintenance of the County’s current E911 telephone system, and
WHEREAS, Motorola Solutions Inc. requires a signed services agreement for the term 1/1/2022 - 12/31/2022 in the amount of $50,726.25, and
WHEREAS, the proposal is in accordance with the Sourcewell cooperative purchasing contract #051321-MOT in which Sullivan County is a participant, and
WHEREAS, Motorola Solutions Inc.as the equipment manufacturer has provided prompt and seamless maintenance services as needed over the years,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Manager is authorized to execute a service maintenance agreement with Motorola Solution Inc. in the amount of $50,726.25; for annual maintenance services associated with the E911 telephone system for the term 1/1/2022 - 12/31/2022.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the form of such agreement be approved by the County Attorney’s Office.
