RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO SET LEASE RATES FOR OFFICES WITHIN THE AIRPORT TERMINAL

 

WHEREAS, a new terminal facility has been completed at Sullivan County International Airport; and

 

WHEREAS, the terminal contains seven office spaces intended to be leased by aviation-related companies (including businesses which serve aviation traffic at the Airport); and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislature desires to make these spaces available to potential lessees at competitive rates.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following rates be established for the leasing of individual office spaces in the Airport terminal:

                     $800 a month for one (1) 135-square-foot office on the first or second floor of the terminal

                     $1,000 a month for the 155-square-foot office next to the conference room on the first floor of the terminal

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that each lease be reviewed and approved as to form by the Sullivan County Attorney’s Office.
