RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO AMEND
RESOLUTION 528-25 AND ADJUST THE CONTRACT PERIOD
WHEREAS, Resolution No.528-25 authorized the County Manager to execute a modification agreement
with Village of Liberty Police Department.; located at 159 North Main Street, Liberty, New York
12754; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to adjust the contract period for said modification agreement; and
WHEREAS, the initial contract period began July 1, 2025 and ended on June 30, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 528-25 is hereby amended to the
contract period of July 1, 2025 and end on December 31, 2026.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a
modification agreement, approved as to form by the County Attorney’s Office, with Village of Liberty
Police Department subject to this contact period.; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other terms and conditions in resolution 528-25 shall remain
Unchanged.
