RESOLUTION INTRODUCED EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH SCOFA AND MEDIBAG PHARMACY PROMOTIONS
WHEREAS, a proposal was received for Pharmacy bag advertising for the Sullivan County Office for the Aging (NY Connects), and
WHEREAS, MEDIBAG Pharmacy Promotions, 3779 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Beavercreek, Ohio 45432 will provide said services from January 8, 2024 through December 31, 2024, to include 48,000 custom Sullivan NY Connects pharmacy bags for 2 local area pharmacies that include imprinted information about Sullivan NY Connects, and
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Office for the Aging (NY Connects) has approved said proposal and recommends that an agreement be executed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute a contract, with, MEDIBAG Pharmacy Promotions at an annual price not to exceed $5,190.00, in accordance with NY Connects 2023-2024 budget, said contract to be in such form as the County Attorney shall approve.
