INTRODUCED BY HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE TO AUTHORIZE REVISED PRESCHOOL RELATED SERVICES SESSION RATES

WHEREAS, Department of Public Health is required to pay for Preschool Related Services provided by State approved Preschool providers to eligible children from Sullivan County; and
WHEREAS, the County is authorized to determine and set the rates at which the State Education Department indicates the County shall pay for these services; and
WHEREAS, the County is currently contracting with various providers to provide such services and the rates for said services were last increased by Resolution 406-18; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Social Services and the Public Health Director have met and discussed the existing rates.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby authorizes the amended Preschool related services rates, as shown below; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the form of said contracts will be approved by the Sullivan County Attorney’s Office.
