RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY NADIA RAJSZ, CHAIR OF THE LEGISLATURE TO AUTHORIZE PCG AND STAFFING SOLUTIONS ORGANIZATION, LLC (SSO) TO ADMINISTER THE NYS PUBLIC HEALTH CORPS FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the NYS Public Health Corps Fellowship Program provides professional development opportunities to apply public health knowledge through training and education. The program provides training and experience in public health, nursing, healthcare, social services, emergency preparedness and more; and
WHEREAS, the New York State Department of Health has authorized PCG and Staffing Solutions Organization, LLC to administer the NYS Public Health Fellowship Program in collaboration with the Sullivan County Department of Public Health for the term of August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2026; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby authorizes the County Manager or Chair of the County Legislature and/or their authorized representative to enter into an agreement(s) with PCG and Staffing Solutions Organization, LLC to administer the Public Health Fellowship Program with the Sullivan County Department of Public Health.
