RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT MODIFICATION WITH H2M ARCHITECTS, ENGINEERS, LAND SURVEYING AND LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE, D.P.C.
WHEREAS, the County of Sullivan previously entered into an agreement with H2M Architects, Engineers, Land Surveying and Landscape Architecture, D.C.P, dated November 21, 2022, in accordance with Resolution No. 428-22, adopted by the Sullivan County Legislature on October, 20, 2022 and Resolution No. 126-25, adopted by the Sullivan County legislature on March 20, 2025 for R-22-29; Engineering Design Services for Redundant Potable Water Tank at the Human Service Complex, in an amount not to exceed $140,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to modify the Agreement to replace the existing rate schedule with a revised rate schedule attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the revised rate schedule updates the rates for specific services but does not increase the total authorized Agreement amount; and
WHEREAS, the total not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement shall remain unchanged at $140,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the County Manager be and hereby is authorized to modify the Agreement with H2M Architects, Engineers, Land Surveying and Landscape Architecture, D.P.C., that effective May 1, 2026 the existing rate schedule is hereby deleted in its entirety and repl...
