RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY THE HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE TO APPOINT TWO MEMBERS TO THE COMMUNITY SERVICES BOARD.

WHEREAS, there are several vacancies on the Community Services Board; and

 

WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint two (2) people to fill vacancies on the Community Services Board, which shall commence on April 1, 2026; and

 

                     APPOINTMENT TO THE CSB                                                                                    TERM

                     Brandon Rubik                                                                                                                                                   04/01/2026 to 12/31/2029

                                          (to fill a vacancy which was vacated by Kevin Larragy since 12/31/2024.)

 

                     Amy Kolakowski                                                                                                                              04/01/2026 to 12/31/2029

                                          (to fill a vacancy which was vacated by Jeff Skaar since 12/31/2025)

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to appoint Brandon Rubik and Amy Kolakowski to fill vacancies on the Sullivan County Community Services Board to reflect the dates set opposite of each of their names.
