RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 340-26
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Legislature adopted a Legislative Discretionary Contract Funding Program pursuant to Resolution No. 340-26; and
WHEREAS, the Upper Delaware Council was awarded $8,700 through Resolution No. 340-26 and there is a need to change the contract period dates due to the fact that the project will need additional time past December 31, 2026 for completion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature approves the Upper Delaware Council’s allocation of $8,700 for a contract period of October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, said contract to be in a form approved by the County Attorney.
