RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY BRIAN MCPHILLIPS AS CHAIR OF THE MANAGEMENT & BUDGET COMMITTEE TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 392-25 AND 430-25 TO INCLUDE THE AUTHORIZATION FOR THE FUNDING TO BE APPROPRIATED FROM THE ROOM TAX FUND BALANCE.
WHEREAS, the County Legislature authorized an agreement with the Sullivan County Visitor’s Association, in the amount of $300,000, via Resolution No. 392-25; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 430-25 amended Resolution No. 392-25 to reflect corrections to the timeline and budget; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to amend Resolution No. 392-25 and 430-25 to include a “Further Resolved” clause to include the authorization for the funding to be appropriated from the Room Tax Fund Balance.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby amends Resolution No. 392-25 and 430-25 to include a “Further Resolved” clause to state “the authorization for the funding to be appropriated from the Room Tax Fund Balance”.
