Real Property Tax Services Monthly Report for February 2022
Real Property:
We continue to provide services internally, to the assessment community and to the public. The department continues to be busy with the uptick in real estate activity.

Director’s activities for the month of February:
• Reviewed and made recommendations on two (2) correction of error applications
• Reviewed and made a recommendation on one (1) mass correction of error application
• Attended and passed a required course for County Director certification; Cost, Market and Income
approach to value part II.
• Drafted and submitted the annual report for the year of 2021
General office activity for the month of February:
• Continued review of three (3) condominium projects
• Reviewed four (4) new condominium projects
• Answered numerous 911 address inquires
• Met with the Town of Thompson concerning their zoning map
