Specify Compliance with Procurement Procedures:

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 292-16 adopted by the Sullivan County Legislature on June 23, 2015, the County of Sullivan (“County”) adopted a Title VI Program (“Program”); and

                     WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 119-17 adopted by the Sullivan County Legislature on March 16, 2017, the Program was updated to ensure compliance and;

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 442-20 adopted by the Sullivan County Legislature on December 10, 2020, the Program was updated to ensure compliance and;

                     WHEREAS, due to personnel and various other changes, and in order to ensure compliance, the Program required further updating; and

                     WHEREAS, attached hereto as Exhibit “A” is the updated Title VI Program.

                     NOW, THEREORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature adopts the updated Title VI Program and hereby authorizes the Chairman of the Legislature, the County Manager, and the County Attorney to execute same as appropriate.
