RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY JOSEPH PERRELLO, CHAIR OF THE PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE TO AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR GUIDE RAIL REPLACEMENTS ON VARIOUS COUNTY ROADS WITH THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE BIDDER (Elderlee, Inc.) FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 18,000 FEET OF GUIDE RAIL
WHEREAS, bids were received for Guide Rail Replacements on various County Roads, and
WHEREAS, Elderlee, Inc., 729 Cross Road, Oaks Corners, New York 14518, is the lowest responsible bidder for this project, and
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Division of Public Works has reviewed said bid and recommends that an agreement be executed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute an agreement with Elderlee, Inc, at a total price not to exceed $1,507.065.00 in accordance with B-25-14, said contract to be in such form as the County Attorney shall approve.
