RESOLUTION NO. INTRODUCED BY BRIAN MCPHILLIPS, CHAIRMAN OF THE MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET COMMITTEE TO APPORTION THE TAX
WHEREAS, a report on the apportionment of the 2025 County Tax among the several towns of the County has been filed with the Clerk of the County Legislature,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above mentioned report on the apportionment of the 2025 County Tax be and the same is hereby approved and adopted and the sum apportioned to each of the towns of the County be and the same is hereby levied and assessed against the taxable real property of such towns on the 2025 tax rolls, the same when collected to be paid to the County Treasurer of the County of Sullivan.
