RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE TO AUTHORIZE CONTRACT WITH CHE SENIOR PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES TO PERFORM PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES AT THE CARE CENTER AT SUNSET LAKE
WHEREAS, the Adult Care Center is required to provide psychological services to the residents of the Adult Care Center; and
WHEREAS, CHE Senior Psychological Services has qualified practitioners available to provide these services to the Adult Care Center; and
WHEREAS, resident insurance will be billed to compensate the practitioners for their time and there will be no cost to the County; and
WHEREAS, this agreement will be valid for one year beginning on the date the contract is fully executed, with the option to extend on a yearly basis; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Manager is hereby authorized to sign the contract with CHE Senior Psychological Services, to perform psychological services at the Adult Care Center.
