RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 288-26 TO INCLUDE A PAYMENT FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT TO BE AUTHORIZED TO BE PAID TO SQUARES OF LIBERTY LLC FOR SPACE AT 93 HIGHT STREET, MONTICELLO, NEW YORK
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Legislature adopted Resolution No. 288-26 on August, 20, 2026 for a lease agreement for office space at 93 High Street, Monticello, New York with Squares of Liberty LLC leases; and
WHEREAS, the resolution should have included a payment of Nine Hundred Dollars $900 for a security deposit.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby authorizes the payment of Nine Hundred Dollars $900 for a security deposit to Squares of Liberty LLC for office space for the Human Rights Department at 93 High Street, Monticello, NY, 12701.
