RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO CONFIRM THE REAPPOINTMENT OF CHRISTOPHER KNAPP AS DIRECTOR OF REAL PROPERTY TAX SERVICES
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 1530 of the Real Property Tax Law, the term of the Director of Real Property Tax Services III shall expire on October 1, 2025; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint a Director of Real Property Tax Services III for the County of Sullivan for a six-year term of office commencing October 2, 2025; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section A5-4 of the Sullivan County Administrative Code, Christopher Knapp has been reappointed by the County Manager to the position of Director of Real Property Tax Services III, said reappointment subject to Legislative approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby confirms the reappointment made by the County Manager of Christopher Knapp as the Director of Real Property Tax Services III, as set forth in Section A5-4 of the Sullivan County Administrative Code.
