RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 304-23
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Legislature adopted Resolution No. 304-23 in July, 2023 for R-23-07; Pretrial Release Services for the Enhancement of Communication and Monitoring, and
WHEREAS, the contract end date was not correct, and
WHEREAS, the contract end date should have been September 30, 2028, to match RFP #R-23-07.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute a modification agreement to amend Resolution No. 304-23 to correct the contract end date to September 30, 2028, said contract to be in such form as the County Attorney shall approve.
