RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO AMEND THE MANAGEMENT/CONFIDENTIAL SALARY SCHEDULE TO SEPARATE THE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE APPOINTED BY THE SULLIVAN COUNTY LEGISLATURE
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Legislature (“Legislature”) adopted a Management Confidential Employee Salary Schedule; and
WHEREAS, from time to time there is a need to review such schedule and recommend changes; and
WHEREAS, the Legislature recommends that the employees that are appointed and work directly for the Legislature be in a separate Grade from employees that work for the County Manager or other elected officials.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Sullivan County Legislature hereby amends the Management Confidential Employee Salary Schedule, as per the attached and sets the salaries of the employees under the new Grade “Appointed by the Sullivan County Legislature”.
