RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY THE PLANNING AND COMMUNITY RESOURCES COMMITTEE TO AUTHORIZE A MODIFICATION OF RESOLUTION NO. 444-25 ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 20, 2025.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 444-25 was approved by the Sullivan County Legislature on November 20, 2025, for the County of Sullivan to reallocate NYS Office of Children and Family Services funds to eligible community entities for youth programing; and
WHEREAS, a modification to this resolution is required to include the amount to be reallocated to Town of Wallkill Boys & Girls Club for $3,000.00, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Sullivan County Legislature authorizes the modifications of said contracts above to reflect the numerical changes, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute any and all agreements to, in such form as the County Attorney shall approve.
