RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY MANAGEMENT & BUDGET COMMITTEE TO MODIFY RESOLUTION NUMBER 505-22 FOR R-22-35; TRAINING, EDUCATION AND REVIEW SERVICES FOR NYS ARTICLE 6 STATE AID FOR SULLIVAN COUNTY

 

WHEREAS, Resolution #505-22 authorized the County Manager to execute an agreement with Venesky & Company, with an address of 6114 State Route 31, Cicero, New York 13039, in accordance with #R-22-35; Training, Education, Tracking and Review Services for NYS Article 6 State Aid for the period January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023, with the option to extend on a yearly basis for three (3) additional consecutive years, and

 

WHEREAS, the yearly cost for extending years was omitted from the original resolution and needs to be included, and

 

WHEREAS, the correct cost not-to-exceed is $29,000.00 per year for training, education, tracking and review services for NYS Article 6 State Aid for Sullivan County; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute a modification agreement with Venesky & Company, extending services for the period January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025, at a cost not to exceed $29,000 per year, with the option to extend on a yearly basis for one (1) additional consecutive years. Resolution No. 505-22 is hereby modified as per the above and all other provisions of Resolution No. 505-22 shall remain unchanged, said contract to be in such form as the County Attorney shall approve.
