Specify Compliance with Procurement Procedures:
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office is purchasing tasers, accessories, supplies and services from Axon Enterprise, Inc. located at 17800 N. 85th Street, Scottsdale, Arizona, 85255; and
WHEREAS, the purchase of the tasers, accessories, supplies and services are in accordance with Sourcewell Contract #092722-AXN; and
WHEREAS, Axon Enterprise, Inc. requires a Master Services and Purchasing Agreement be executed with the County for said equipment and services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. for the equipment, accessories and services referenced herein in an amount not to exceed $120,000.00; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the form of said agreement be approved by the County Attorney.
