RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY THE HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, a proposal was received for Compensation Analysis services for Sullivan County, and
WHEREAS, Catapult Executive Consulting, 119 W. Tupper St., Buffalo, New York 14201, will provide said services from August 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Manager’s Office and the Division of Human Resources has approved said proposal and recommends that an agreement be executed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the County Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute an agreement with Catapult Executive Consulting, at a total cost not to exceed $20,000, for Compensation Analysis Services, in accordance with RFP #R-24-17, said contract to be in such form as the County Attorney shall approve.
