RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO MODIFY RESOLUTION NO. 248-26
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 330-24 authorized the County Manager to execute an agreement with SeniorCare EMS, in accordance with #R-24-15 Emergency Medical Services for Sullivan County (RFP), and
WHEREAS, said resolution was subsequently modified by Resolution No. 248-26 and
WHEREAS, the contract period language in Resolution No. 248-26 is incorrect, and needs to be revised, and
WHEREAS, the correct contract period language should read BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the terms of this contract renewal will commence on September 15, 2026 for a term of 4-period with the option to extend at the discretion of the Division of Public Safety;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute a modification agreement with SeniorCare EMS., to include the correct contract term date which shall commence on September 15, 2026 for a term of 4-years with the option to extend at the discretion of the Division of Public Safety. Resolution No. 248-26 is hereby modified as per the above and all other provisions of Resolution No. 248-26 shall remain unchanged, said contract to be in such form as the County Attorney shall approve.
