WHEREAS, Invictus Apps, Inc. has developed a communications service, Prepared 911, which could aid 911 dispatchers in gathering information from a 911 caller in certain circumstances, and
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County 911 Center wishes to utilize this next generation 911 technology in order to better help our citizens and callers, and
WHEREAS, there is no cost associated with the subscription to the Prepared 911 service,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Manager is authorized to execute a service agreement with Invictus Apps, Inc for subscription to the Prepared 911 service at a cost of $0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the form of such agreement be approved by the County Attorney’s Office.
