RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY BRIAN MCPHILLIPS, DISTRICT 3 LEGISLATOR TO MODIFY RESOLUTION NO. 486-24 TO INCLUDE AN IRS REGULATION IN THE UPDATED GUIDE FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF EMPLOYEES’ TRAVEL EXPENSES POLICY
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Legislature adopted Resolution No. 486-24 on September 19, 2024, and
WHEREAS, an IRS regulation was not included in the attachment, and
WHEREAS, the attached Guide for Reimbursement of Employees’ Travel Expenses Policy is now correct.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 486-24 is hereby amended to reflect the IRS Guideline in the attached policy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution and attached corrected policy be approved as to form by the Sullivan County Attorney’s Office.
