RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO AUTHORIZE A CONTRACT MODIFICATION WITH MOSDOS MONTICELLO, INC & ICHUD MOSDOS MONTICELLO, INC. TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT PERIODS
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Legislature approved resolution 15-26 on January 22, 2026 extending Mosdos Monticello, Inc
WHEREAS, the resolution should be modified to include Ichud Mosdos Monticello, Inc. and extend both contracts to March 31, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature authorizes the County Manager to enter into a contract modification to extend the contract periods for both Mosdos Monticello, Inc & Ichud Mosdos Monticello, Inc. to March 31, 2026.
